What goes into the design process:

Selecting a plot of land to build on. Analysing the energy of the land and its suitability for your goals.

Designing the house taking into account the landscape. Taking into account the location of the house in relation to the sides of the world, water bodies, mountains and other elements.

Placement of interior rooms. Each room is designed according to the rules of Feng Shui so that the energy of Qi can circulate freely.

Selection of dates for construction. Favourable days are selected for laying the foundation and starting work.

Determining the direction of entry to the site. Entrance and driveways are designed to maximise the activation of positive energies.

Individual recommendations. The needs of all family members and their personal energy (Ba Zi) are taken into account.

An ideal Feng Shui house can be created only if it is built independently, which gives the opportunity to take into account all important aspects from the very beginning.

How counselling takes place:

Formulation of goals and issues for consultation, visit your place, collecting the necessary data.

Selection and implementation of solutions for optimisation. Drawing up a detailed report whith recomendations. Answers to questions and support after the consultation one time within a month.

What you will get: optimal placement of furniture and objects according to feng shui; effective adjustment to attract the right type of energy; energy balans inside your room; the solution of the tasks and support.

The cost of consultation is determined individually, taking into account your needs.

Feng Shui for living spaces

Living spaces:

Flat up to 50 m²: from 1000 euro.

Flat 50-100 m²: from 1700 euro.

House or flat 100-200 m²: from 2300 euro.

House over 200 m²: from 3000 euro.

The cost of the consultation takes into account the number of people living in the flat or the house.

Feng Shui for commercial spaces

Office up to 50 m²: from 1500 euro.

Office 50-100 m²: from 1800 euro.

Shop, restaurant, salon (up to 150 m²): from 4000 euro.

Large commercial buildings (150 m² and more): individual calculation (from 8000 EUR).

The calculation does not include the number of employees (to be discussed additionally)
